The challenge
MUTTS Canine Cantina pairs a restaurant and bar with an off-leash dog park across its Texas locations. As word spread and footfall grew, the team needed a better way to handle two things that were eating into their day: selling memberships and taking reservations for park time.
What they wanted was a single place online where guests could sign up, renew, and reserve a slot themselves — without staff fielding every request by phone or at the door.
Our approach
We built MUTTS a website that does the heavy lifting. Members buy and renew passes online across tiered membership levels, reserve specific days and times at the dog park, and manage everything from a personal account that tracks their bookings and standing. The whole experience is responsive, so it works just as well on a phone in the parking lot as it does on a laptop at home.
Handing those tasks to self-service freed staff from routine admin, made signing up and booking effortless for guests, and gave the team clearer visibility into visitor numbers so they could manage capacity at the park.
