How we build software that lasts

Sixteen years of shipping has taught us a process that's robust enough to be reliable and flexible enough to fit your project. Here's what to expect when you work with us.

The engagement

Four phases, QA throughout

We start with your requirements — specs, wireframes, references, target stack — run a feasibility study, align on deliverables, then give a detailed cost and timeline estimate. Once scope and estimate are agreed, we sign and start.

We turn requirements into wireframes and prototypes — low or high fidelity to match the project — then real design concepts, usually a couple of directions to choose from. We review together and lock the final scope, design and resourcing.

We build in agile sprints with QA running alongside from the first milestone — manual and automated, covering unit, system and regression testing. You stay in the loop with staging and beta builds throughout.

After user-acceptance sign-off we go live — to the app stores and/or your servers — and test everything again in production. On final sign-off we hand over all source code and materials, then move into support.
