The challenge
Eddyline builds kayaks and sells them through a wide network of dealers, and that network had outgrown the spreadsheets and email threads holding it together. Knowing which dealer needed which boats, and getting that signal back to the warehouse quickly, had become a daily bottleneck.
The accessory side made it harder. Every kayak pairs with specific add-ons, and keeping dealers stocked with the right combinations took constant manual coordination that didn’t scale with the business.
Our approach
We built a single web platform that pulls dealer records, order history and contact details into one place, with live inventory tracking so kayak and accessory stock levels stay current as orders move. A recommendation layer suggests the right accessories to pair with each boat, removing the guesswork that used to slow dealers down.
Built-in communication tools let the team push product details and updates to dealers without leaving the system, so the back office and the retail network finally work from the same source of truth.
