The challenge
A US-based visa-services consultancy ran its sales and self-serve sign-ups on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, with quote-to-cash handled through an ageing HexaBPM setup and a layer of legacy Visualforce pages. The stack had aged out: the team needed a modern Lightning experience, a proper CPQ-driven quote-to-cash cycle, and billing that talked to the rest of the business — without disrupting the customers already mid-contract.
Our approach
We ran two parallel tracks. One migrated the legacy Visualforce pages to Lightning Web Components for a faster, modern UI; the other built out Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing for the full quote-to-cash flow, integrated with SAP. We mapped the existing HexaBPM workflows so nothing was lost in translation, then phased the cutover by customer: new customers went straight onto CPQ, while existing accounts stayed on the old flow until contract renewal — a clean migration with no break in service.
