The challenge
All Service Financials (ASF) is a debt-restructuring firm running at serious scale — a thousand-plus staff fielding more than a million records every month. Their legacy tooling had stopped keeping up. It buckled under the data volume, sat disconnected from the firm’s other systems, and left lead handling to slow, error-prone manual steps. With almost no analytics on top, leadership had little visibility into how operations or customers were actually behaving.
Our approach
We replaced the legacy stack with a purpose-built CRM designed around intelligent automation. Rather than have agents hand-sort enquiries, the platform routes every incoming lead to the right available executive automatically, then tags and tracks it through follow-up. Telephony and messaging are wired in through Twilio so calls, texts and outcomes log themselves against the right record, and an analytics layer turns the resulting activity into insight on conversion and customer behaviour.
The system was engineered for the firm’s volume from day one — a web application that absorbs a million-plus records a month without the delays and inconsistencies that defined the old setup, giving more than a thousand users a single, dependable place to work.
