The challenge
Human Feedback evaluates product prototypes for businesses, handing back detailed reports on what works, what does not, and where to improve before launch. The bottleneck was the input itself: feedback arrived from surveys, focus groups and hands-on product testing, scattered across sources and formats.
They needed a way to collect and organise all of it in one place, turn it into clear and actionable reports, and keep the experience smooth for both their clients and the people giving feedback.
Our approach
We built a platform that pulls feedback from every channel into one system, with purpose-built interfaces for clients and for feedback providers so each side sees only what it needs. A central dashboard tracks incoming responses in real time, and analytics tools turn that raw input into a read on product strengths and weaknesses.

On top sits an automated report generator with customisable templates, so the detailed write-ups that were once assembled by hand now produce themselves. The result is a faster pipeline, sharper insight for decision-making, and an infrastructure that scales as the business takes on more products.
